CNMI Senate and House announce leadership for committees

01/15/25 - The 24th CNMI Legislature announced its appointments of lawmakers for its various committees.
In the Senate, Senate President Dennis Mendiola appointed the following lawmakers as chairs for their respective committees:
- Rules and Procedures - Sen. Francisco Q. Cruz
- Fiscal Affairs - Sen. Jude U. Hofschneider
- Resources, Economic Development, and Workforce - Sen. Corina L. Magona
- Judiciary, Government and Law - Sen. Karl R. King-Nabors
- Executive Appointments and Government Investigations - Sen. Francisco Q. Cruz
- Health, Welfare, and Programs - Sen. Donald M. Manglona
- Public Utilities, Transportation and Communication - Sen. Jude U. Hofschneider
- Federal Relations and Military Affairs - Sen. Karl R. King-Nabors
- Education and Youth Affairs - Sen. Ronnie M. Calvo
- Gaming - Sen. Corina L. Magona
