Designated Saipan shelters prepared, ready to receive residents

Saipan’s three designated typhoon shelters—Kagman High School, Marianas High School, and Koblerville Elementary School—opened their doors to the public this afternoon in anticipation of Typhoon Bavi. MP’s Leigh Gases spoke with the managers of each shelter as they opened: Ben Jones of Kagman High School, Romolo Orsini of Marianas High School, and Jesusa Maratita of Koblerville Elementary School.
