DOC intercepts contraband at Kagman outreach facility

DOC Commissioner Anthony Torres held a press conference yesterday, just after contraband intended for an outreach participant was intercepted at the outreach facility in Kagman around 6 a.m.

The items included four cans of tobacco, iced coffee, a cupcake, and less than a gram of meth.
