Important Notice Regarding Cessation of 25% Benefit Payments

Saipan, CNMI, July 8, 2026 - Today, the Settlement Fund was informed that the CNMI Government will not be funding the 25% benefit payments after the July 15, 2026 payment.

This means that the 25% payment paid on July 15, 2026 will be the last 25% payment you will receive. You will continue to receive the 75% benefit payment. Under the Consent Judgment in Johnson v. Inos, Civil Case No. 09-00023, in the U.S. District Court of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Settlement Fund is not responsible for paying the 25% payments.
