Jenisha, Daniel top V1 races

It was a sunny and hot Saturday at the beach, with paddlers taking to the water for just the second time since Super Typhoon Sinlaku disrupted their 2026 season. This was the first V1 race of the season, with the next race slated for June 20.

Women’s V1 500m sprints finals:

1st place: Jenisha Dubrall- 2:55.30

2nd place: Momoko Halstead- 2:59.90

3rd place: Emma Chong- 3:02.10

Men’s V1 500m sprints finals:

1st place: Daniel Taitano- 2:22.70

2nd place: Tyler Andrew- 2:24.00

3rd place: Jason Tarkong- 2:32.00
