Lawyer Julian Aguon, founder of Blue Ocean Law, was sworn in to practice law in the Northern Marianas on Friday. He is the first lawyer from Guam to be sworn in under the new reciprocity agreement between Guam and the CNMI. It allows lawyers licensed to practice law in Guam or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to practice in either jurisdiction without having to sit for an additional bar exam.

MP Correspondent Samantha Manglona reports.
