About a dozen skaters made their way to the Capital Hill Skate Park as the skies cleared up on Saturday (June 20) afternoon for its grand opening and Marianas Surf Skate League’s Street Session Volume 2. In the Game of SKATE and Best Trick, veteran skater Kurt Arboliras swept the competition.
