NAP Provides Update on 20% Disaster Supplemental Benefits and Hot Foods Waiver

The CNMI Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) would like to inform ongoing NAP households that the first month of the 20% Disaster Supplemental Benefits is expected to be released within the next two to three days.

Eligible households do not need to take any additional action. Once released, the first month’s supplemental benefit will be automatically added to the household’s EBT card.

This release is for the first month of the approved 20% Disaster Supplemental Benefits only. Information regarding the release of the remaining months will be announced at a later date.

NAP also announces that the Hot Foods Waiver has been approved for an additional two (2) months and will remain in effect through October 31, 2026. During this period, NAP households may continue to use their benefits to purchase authorized hot food items from participating NAP retailers.
