Revised Saipan D-NAP Application Schedule

The Disaster Nutrition Assistance Program (D-NAP) will resume operations on Monday, July 13, 2026, following the temporary suspension of services due to the impacts of Super Typhoon Bavi.

Applicants who received number cards before the suspension should report on their assigned date to complete the application process. Service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and only the first 600 applicants will be processed each day.

Applicants not served during the initial process will be accommodated during the open days scheduled for July 16–18, 2026. Please bring your assigned number card and follow instructions provided by NAP staff.
