Supreme Court to Hear Historic Guam Environmental Case

The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments on October 7, 2026, in Department of the Air Force v. Prutehi Guåhan.

In a statement, Prutehi Guahan said, “Prutehi Guåhan and Earthjustice will do everything we can to ensure that the Court reaffirms that the Air Force must conduct a thorough environmental review, including input from the people of Guam, before making its decision about whether to continue destructive hazardous-waste operations at Tarague.”
