Tinian celebrates Philippine Independence Day

On June 14, 2026, the United Filipinos Association in Tinian (UniFil) came together to celebrate the 128th Philippine Independence Day. Community members gathered to honor Filipino culture, heritage, and the nation’s journey to independence.

Newly elected president of the association Sydney Biton delivered brief remarks after the event.
