Can you vote in the runoff election if you did not vote in the general election? Yes!
Registered voters who did not vote in the general election can still vote in the upcoming runoff election.
According to the Commonwealth Election Commission, a voter only becomes ineligible after missing two consecutive elections. Since the runoff is considered part of the general election, it does not count as a separate election for voter eligibility.
This means that even if you missed the previous election and the general election, you can still vote in the runoff and maintain your voter eligibility.
