Local, visiting volunteers join forces to distribute typhoon relief goods to Rota

The Rota’s Mayor’s Office and various federal partners, visiting non-profits, and local volunteers were at the distribution site at the Benjamin T. Manglona International Airport to pass out valuable typhoon relief supplies. Cots, solar lights, MREs, drinking water, rice, instant noodles, and canned goods were some of what was distributed to Rota residents this morning.

The island continues to be supported by many as it recovers from the devastation Super Typhoon Bavi left.
