PAL Reconnects Saipan to Manila and Asia Starting October 26

Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier of the Philippines, will restore direct flights between Saipan and Manila beginning October 26, 2026, re-establishing an important air link between the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the Philippines, and key destinations across Asia and the Asia-Pacific region ahead of the peak holiday travel season.
The restored service will provide travelers in Saipan with convenient and direct access to Manila, while PAL’s extensive network through its Manila hub will connect passengers to major destinations across the Philippines, including Cebu, Boracay, Bohol, Palawan, Iloilo, and Davao. The route will support a wide range of travel needs, including tourism, leisure, business, education, healthcare and medical-related travel, and visiting friends and relatives.
The route will also enhance Saipan’s access to PAL’s international network through Manila, with onward connections to destinations such as Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. This connectivity provides travelers from the CNMI with more convenient options for leisure and business travel across Asia and the Asia-Pacific region, while strengthening Manila’s role as a gateway between the Philippines and the Pacific.
The restored service will also support travel to Saipan through a convenient direct link from Manila. Beyond serving Filipinos visiting family and friends, the route will promote tourism, business exchanges, and stronger people-to-people ties between the Philippines and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Customers will also enjoy the comfort and value of PAL’s full-service travel experience, including inflight meals, baggage allowance, and the warmth of Filipino hospitality throughout their journey.
Flights may be booked through the PAL website, mobile app, reservations hotline, ticket offices, and accredited travel agents.
As the country’s flag carrier, Philippine Airlines continues to bring families and communities closer while connecting people and the Philippines to the world— always with care.
