515 people at CNMI shelters as Bavi arrives

515 people are at CNMI government shelters on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota as Super Typhoon Bavi begins to pass through the region.

The Joint Information Center provided the following breakdown of the number of people at each site:

Primary Shelters:

Marianas High School: 101

Koblerville Elementary School: 66

Kagman High School: 69

Tinian Elementary School: 59

Secondary Shelters:

Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Jr./Sr. High School: 23

Tinian Middle and High School: 2

Marianas High School Cafeteria Two: 50

Garapan Elementary School: 84

DCCA Shelters:

DCCA Rota Aging Center: 32

DCCA Kagman Community Center: 29
