March - Bringing Our Call Center Home

DOCOMO PACIFIC made the commitment to bring our Call Center back home, centrally located in the CNMI and proudly serving Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam. This initiative opened doors for local talent found only here in our islands. Today, we have employed over 30 Call Center representatives and counting. This investment of more than $80,000 reflects our belief in the CNMI’s potential and our people’s capabilities, made possible by your patronage.

May - Faster Home Internet, At No Extra Cost

We delivered a free internet download speed upgrade to all home internet customers at no additional cost and with no action required on your end. This automatic upgrade was designed to be seamless, allowing you to immediately enjoy faster speeds. Today, you can take pride in being on one of the most affordable and fastest home internet services in the Marianas.

August - Strengthening Coverage in Capitol Hill

A new mobile cellular monopole was completed in Capitol Hill, Saipan, significantly improving coverage throughout the village and surrounding areas. With a permanent, hardened structure now in place, customers can expect stronger and more reliable connectivity, even during challenging weather conditions.

September - Digital Cable TV Arrives in Tinian

After years of tireless effort, Digital Cable TV officially launched in Tinian. This milestone now allows residents to enjoy expanded entertainment options at an affordable cost, thoughtfully built to work for the people of Tinian and their everyday needs.

November - Upload Speeds Upgraded for CNMI Homes

Our commitment to improving your home internet experience continued with an upload speed upgrade for all CNMI customers. With faster upload speeds now in place, you can stream, video call, and work online with greater confidence, knowing your provider continues to raise the bar and deliver the islands’ fastest home internet experience.

December - A Major Connectivity Milestone for Rota

Marking a major milestone for Rota, DOCOMO PACIFIC’s newest monopole in the village of Sinapalo now stands strong, serving the majority of the island’s community. This investment of over half a million dollars reinforces our commitment to our Rota family and delivers even greater access to reliable, consistent, and clear connections.
