Buniag assumes command of the 378th FEST-M

U.S. Army Colonel Alejandro Buniag recently assumed Command of the 378th Forward Engineer Support Team-Main (FEST-M) under the 416th Theater Engineer Command.  He was previously the Chief of Staff for Joint Task Force Micronesia.
