CNMI Department of Public Safety Public Information Officer Fred Sato said DPS responded to 200 calls for evacuation during Super Typhoon Sinlaku. The police force braved the worst of the storm while getting residents to safety. He speaks with Thomas Manglona II about their efforts before, during, and after the storm.
