Community members, SHS rescue dog after two-year effort
A dog named Petunia, with a tight rope around its back, evaded rescue efforts by community members for about two years in Saipan. Community members, animal rescue experts, and the Saipan Humane Society joined forces and recently rescued her and freed her from the tight rope. Watch to learn more.
