Plea to Retain Dr. Tillman Farley for the Health of Rota

Dear CEO, Director Quitugua, and Chairman Nekai,
I humbly ask the leadership of CHC, the Rota Health Center, and the CNMI Medical Board to reconsider renewing Dr. Tillman Farley’s contract. His six-month tenure on Rota is nearing its end, and his departure would be a tremendous loss to our island community.
Under Dr. Farley’s guidance, the Rota Health Center has experienced a remarkable transformation. The sense of unity, teamwork, and compassion among the staff is evident the moment you step through its doors. He has inspired collaboration, elevated morale, and restored public confidence in the professionalism and quality of care provided at our facility.
Dr. Farley’s dedication to patient care—anchored in humility, empathy, and clinical excellence—has touched the lives of countless residents. His ability to listen, connect, and act decisively for the well-being of others has set a standard of trust and compassion that our community deeply values.
For the continued stability and growth of our healthcare services, I respectfully urge that Dr. Farley’s contract be renewed. His leadership is not only appreciated—it is essential to sustaining the positive momentum and trust that now define the Rota Health Center.
