DOCOMO PACIFIC deploys Starlink Mobile for customers, offering free emergency connectivity

Tamuning, Guam (July 4, 2026) - As Guam and the Marianas prepare for Tropical Storm Bavi, DOCOMO PACIFIC is collaborating with Starlink Mobile, the largest satellite-to-mobile network in the world, to deliver emergency connectivity to customers, businesses and communities when they need it most.

The service will offer SMS messaging should terrestrial mobile networks become unavailable. Customer devices will automatically connect to Starlink Mobile with no additional action required.
