We are preparing to provide Financial Assistance to households impacted by Typhoon Sinlaku in the Northern Mariana Islands.

Before going to an assistance site, please take a moment to prepare.

To be eligible, you must:

• Live in a confirmed disaster-impacted area and the home must be your primary residence

• Have a home that was destroyed or suffered major damage

• Be able to verify your identity and residence

Please bring documentation, if available:

• Permanent resident card

• Government or military ID

Address:

• Lease or rental agreement

• Utility bill

• Bank statement

• Mortgage or deed

• Cell phone bill

• Vehicle registration

Documents that show both identity and address:

• Driver’s license or government-issued ID
