Former Congressman Sablan comments on proposed birthright citizenship restrictions
Former U.S. Delegate Gregorio Sablan sat down with Marianas Press recently to speak about a congressional proposal that would end birthright U.S. citizenship for many children born in the territories beginning in 2027. It would apply only to children born on or after Jan. 1, 2027.
