Today, Gold Beach Hotel announced the launch of their collaboration and partnership with Casa Marianas to provide the first co-working space for local professionals and attract digital nomads for long term stays. Casa Marianas will open on December 17, 2025 on the ground floor and throughout the entire Gold Beach Hotel on Beach Road in Saipan in the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

Recognizing the opportunity to define a new category of hospitality here in the CNMI, Gold Beach Hotel owner and operator Kevin Tang has been interested in and committed to fostering new business development and economic diversity over the past decades. Given the challenges with tourism globally, and acutely here in the CNMI, Mr. Tang and Gold Beach Hotel chose a bold pivot to an established, different, and still growing market focused on digital nomads.

After extensively researching the opportunity, focusing on local remote workers and digital nomads is a large untapped market for hospitality here in the CNMI.” said Kevin Tang, CEO of Bo Sea. “Half of the 40 million digital nomads are U.S. citizens and all of them seek to work and live in affordable, fun, business-friendly, and work-life-balanced places like Saipan."

Casa Marianas will first launch a co-working space on the ground floor of Gold Beach Hotel, opening on December 17. Local membership will start at $20 per month for co-working and an additional $30 per month for “hot desk” office access. Co-working members will have access to an open plan workspace with office chairs and lounge seating along with services, such as printing, scanning, and notary.

Casa Marianas has also converted a range of hotel rooms into both shared and private offices as well as conference rooms, for hourly / daily / monthly booking. Combined with the public spaces on the ground floor and rear event venue, Casa Marianas provides ample room for large and small events. Locals and guests can expect regular daily programming with recurring events including movie nights, esports tournaments, workshops, meet-ups, hobby clubs, and more. Local community moderators are welcome to bring their events to host at Casa Marianas.

The entire property features business-class 1GB fiber optic internet access, provided by Docomo Pacific, coupled with an extension Eero Pro 6E WiFi mesh network. Room bookings will provide actual bandwidth speed tests to allow Residents and Members to confidently work and create.

Casa Marianas will open with five, fully upgraded Resident rooms in January, offering month + stays for digital nomads and remote workers. Each spacious Resident room features a dedicated workspace for deep work with two desks and office chairs, en-suite private bathroom, fridge and kettle, and 24/7 co-working and hot desk access. Rooms can be customized upon request with either one or two beds along with TVs, desks, chairs, monitors, and other work essentials.

Residents further personalize their stay with packages and a la carte services including computer equipment rental, “CasaMail” virtual mailroom subscriptions, business support services (incorporation, bank account, U.S. phone number, etc), access to local wellness and fitness facilities, local transportation, tours and sightseeing, and more. Residents and Members can access, book, and pay for additional offerings using a simple, friendly mobile app.

The concept and strategy for Casa Marianas was developed by local entrepreneur and producer Blaine Graboyes, after evaluating the economic landscape against global travel, business, and lifestyle trends. “As someone who spent years traveling in hotels and clubs, now living here in the CNMI, it was a logical fit to collaborate with Gold Beach Hotel to launch a different travel, business, and hospitality experience here in Saipan.” said Mr. Graboyes, strategic advisor and partner. “The same things that attracted me to Saipan will bring other investors, entrepreneurs, artists, producers, digital nomads, and remote workers from the U.S. and around the world, once they know about the advantages and lifestyle here.

Casa Marianas will upgrade all 51 rooms at Gold Beach Hotel throughout 2026, with plans to launch a cafe and food service this summer.
