Ogumoro-Uludong was sworn in alongside Rota's Anthony Dela Cruz Barcinas and Saipan's Maisie Bermudes Tenorio at a ceremony held on Monday afternoon at the multipurpose center in Saipan.

During the ceremony, Barcinas was elected vice-chair, while Tinian's Antonio Borja was elected secretary/treasurer. Saipan's Andrew Orsini, teacher representative Dr. Dora B. Muira, non-public school representative Dr. Ronald Snyder, and student representative Vinnie Juan Quitugua Sablan were also in attendance as they continued their terms.

The election brings new leadership to the CNMI Public School System's Board of Education as the members look forward to improving the education system for students across the Commonwealth.
