Permanent makeup artist visits Saipan, Tinian

Kierstin Catahay and The Bar, Saipan's Ultimate Beauty Bar & Barber, partnered up the past few days to provide permanent makeup services to residents on Saipan and Tinian. Marianas Press caught up with Kierstin Catahay as she arrived on Saipan last week. She shared why she wanted to provide her services in the Northern Marianas and what she hopes to do in the future.
