Rota dog shelter nears completion

MP’s Thomas Manglona reports from Rota as we check in on the construction of the Dog Kennel facility, which is nearing completion. According to the Rota Mayor’s Office, the project is being led by the Department of Land & Natural Resources (DLNR) – Division of Fish & Wildlife (DFW), with support from the Department of Public Works (DPW) – Rota Team throughout the construction process.
