44-year-old Tinian resident Natasha Morgan has been without running water for more than 50 days after Super Typhoon Sinlaku. Mogran, who has lived on Tinian for nearly all of her life, said that the booster bump near her residence in Carolinas Heights has been in disrepair since April 16, 2026. She is part of the 1% of CUC customers without water on Tinian.

She said her family is relying on private assistance for tank refills and rain to fill their water tanks.

“I have reached out to as many people as I could within the government asking for assistance. It is very disheartening, as it seems that because we are just one household, the effort is not there,” she told Marianas Press.

Morgan said she has not received information from the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation about any plans for repair.

She said they are also able to get water from cattle ranchers' refill station with help from the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services and Black Micro, a private company, but it remains limited on tight schedules.

She told MP., “We have to live off limited water supply not knowing when or if the next delivery will come. The community has been very gracious offering their homes and containers and we are very grateful for all those who reached out. We just want to know if plans are being made to restore or replace the water pump. I have children at home and keeping everything sanitary and safe for them is our priority.”

Morgan added, “We know everyone is struggling right now, and everyone is working tirelessly to get things restored but we feel forgotten and just want to be assured that something, anything is being done to address this issue.”

After posting her situation on social media, Morgan said several Tinian government leaders reached out with intentions to help solve the issue.

“I told them that that was all I needed. To know something was being done,” he said.
