Typhoon Support Logistics Center and Emergency Operations Center load critical aid bound for Rota

The Typhoon Support Logistics Center and Emergency Operations Center loaded critical aid that will leave the Saipan port and head to Rota once conditions allow, following the devastation of Super Typhoon Bavi.

Volunteers from Luta Cares, From Luta For Luta, and Micronesia Climate Change Alliance are already distributing some relief that arrived via air today across the island, including Rota's shelters.

The Typhoon Support Logistics Center will also be sending a team of volunteers to assist with efforts on the ground in the coming days.
