A community vigil is being organized in support of the six crew members reported missing, with one member confirmed dead, following the recent maritime incident.

The vigil, made possible through a collaboration between community groups and government partners, will serve as a moment of prayer, reflection, and solidarity for the affected families and loved ones.

Father James Balajadia of Kristo Rai Church will lead the gathering with an opening prayer, followed by a novena intended to offer comfort and spiritual support during this difficult time.

The event is scheduled for tomorrow, April 24, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the 13 Fisherman Pavilion. Community members are encouraged to attend and stand together in remembrance of the deceased crew member and those still missing.
